Let Them Eat Cake
Let Them Eat Cake is a series of sculptures that uses irony to explore the ironic times we live in. Inspired by the pandemic as well as the social conflicts currently taking place in the USA, LTEC uses passive aggressive expressions that are purposely clumsy and sophomoric. Each sculpture is an expression of exhaustion that is underhanded, passive aggressive, and deliberate. In 2023, “It’s Fine, prt. 2” was featured at the Brea Contemporary Art Gallery as part of their Made In California exhibition.
